    Questions Agents Actually Ask

    How fast do I get the photos back?

    Photography is delivered within 48 hours of the shoot. If the package includes video or a Matterport 3D tour, delivery is within 72 hours. Rush delivery is available as a $75 add-on. Delivery time runs from the shoot date, not the booking date.

    What happens if it rains on the day of the shoot?

    Drone flights are governed by FAA rules and are not possible in rain, high wind or low visibility. If conditions prevent safe or usable aerial work, the aerial portion is rescheduled at no charge. A weather reschedule is never treated as a client cancellation and the deposit stays intact.

    How much does real estate photography cost in Boston?

    Gonzo Media charges flat rates rather than hourly. The Essential package is $175 for interior and exterior stills, Aerial is $325 with drone photos, Immersive is $525 with a 3D tour, and Full Media is $699 including walkthrough video. Homes over 2,500 sq ft add $75 and homes over 4,000 sq ft add $150.

    Do I need to pay the whole amount up front?

    No. A 50% deposit confirms the date and the balance is due when the finished files are delivered. Both are paid by card through Stripe. Some custom quotes are issued payable in full, and the amount due is always shown before you pay.

    Can I cancel or move a booked shoot?

    You can reschedule at no cost with more than 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Cancelling with more than 24 hours' notice refunds the deposit in full. Inside 24 hours the deposit is forfeited, because the date can no longer be resold.

    Do I need to be at the property during the shoot?

    No, as long as access is arranged. The property should be staged and ready at the scheduled time. If the property cannot be shot on arrival, the visit counts as a cancellation inside 24 hours.

    What areas do you cover?

    Boston and the South Shore, including Quincy, Braintree, Weymouth, Hingham, Cohasset and Scituate. Travel within 25 miles is included. 25 to 40 miles adds $50 and 40 to 60 miles adds $95. Beyond 60 miles is quoted per job.

    Can I use the photos anywhere I want?

    On full payment you get an unlimited, perpetual license to use the files to market that property — MLS, your website, social media, print and brokerage materials. The license does not cover resale of the files or use by another agent or brokerage that was not part of the original booking.
